On rare occasions, it is possible that a product may be defective or that the incorrect product was ordered. For this reason, we created a simple Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

We offer free returns on all orders purchased from for 30 days. Items must be unopened and unused for a full refund. Hazel & Havi is not responsible for return shipping costs.

If your product is damaged or defective, refer to Hazel & Havi’s "Warranty" page for instructions on what to do with your damaged or defective product.

Purchases made elsewhere

If you did not buy your Hazel & Havi product at you must return your product to the place of business where you made the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.

The customer undertakes to return any defective products within thirty (30) days as part of the agreement in accepting any replacement products. Hazel & Havi will charge the customer’s credit card for any replacement product shipped in addition to the original order in the event that the defective goods are not returned within the 30 day period.

Please allow 7 - 14 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. Hazel & Havi will make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the same card as the original purchase.
