Delivery Time
Orders placed at hazelandhavi.com during regular business days prior to 5PM EST (2 PM PST) will generally take 24-48 hours to process in order to make sure we get your order right and ensure your complete satisfaction.
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days although this may vary depending on your location. Orders shipped to military bases may take longer than standard shipments. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to delays that may be incurred by the courier company. Hazel & Havi ships to all 50 US states and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) We also ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.
Rates - Continental US
For orders under $50.00, Hazel & Havi charges a flat shipping fee of $5.00. This rate is based on regular USPS ground service or other such methods as Hazel & Havi may select. For orders of $50.00 or more, shipping is free throughout the Continental US.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
